FEATURED BEER OF THE MONTH

AUGUST

Dogfish Head Seaquench (Kolsch/Gose/Berliner Weiss)

SeaQuench Ale is a session sour mash-up of a crisp Kolsch, a salty Gose, and a tart Berliner Weiss brewed in sequence with black limes, sour lime juice and sea salt to make this the most thirst-quenching beer Dogfish Head has ever brewed.

Austin Eastciders Blood Orange (Cider)

A blend of blood oranges from Italy and bittersweet heirloom apples to create a cider with a zesty twist. With just the right amount of sweet and citrus flavors, the Austin Eastciders Blood Orange Cider is sure to brighten your day.

Brouwerij Bosteels Tripel Karmeliet (Triple)

A smooth, bright tripel just a hint sweeter than your Chimay Whites and your Unibroue Fin du Monde. Excellent starter for the truly traditional, complex Belgian beers. Same recipe for 339 years.

SEPTEMBER

Buffalo Bayou 1836 (Copper ale)

This blend combines our three favorite brewing traditions: the British Bitters, the Belgian Trappist ales, & the American Hop Movement. In honor of Texas Independence Day, this brew is our pride and joy.

Founders Solid Gold (Premium lager)

The new Solid Gold recipe features lager yeast, corn and lemondrop hops for just the right hit of flavor. Made for session-able drinking, Solid Gold will appeal to classic lager drinkers but adds a craft character, to balance natural sweetness with a touch of citrus. True to the lager style, Solid Gold is a beautiful non-filtered beer, golden in color, with a smooth aftertaste.

Ayinger Oktoberfest (Märzen)

Rich, amber-golden color. Deep, inviting, malty nose and bready, wonderful flavor that’s an ode to barley. Medium to big body, with a touch of warming alcohol on the finish. Soft dryness from long maturation.
