Welcome to The Ginger Man Southlake. What’s new in our world of beer?
Featured Beer of the Month
Gulden Draak 9000: An exceptional, complex taste sensation with a deep, amber color. An ode to the city of Ghent – the golden dragon standing guard atop the belfry. Gulden Draak 9000 Quad has a complex taste sensation with a rich, luxurious beer head. The recipe, based on three different varieties of malt are added in a volume four times the content of lager, which provide Gulden Draak 9000 Quad with a deep, rich amber color and a fruity, sweet scent. Together with the smooth and malty, sweet taste, this sensation ensures that Gulden Draak 9000 is a wonderfully accomplished bouquet.
Petrus Aged Red: This Red Sour Ale is a blend of 15% Petrus Aged Pale, pure foeder beer that has been aged for 2 years in oak foeders, and 85% dubbel bruin with cherries. For the fruit beer lover, but with an ideal sweet-sour balance. Full-bodied, fruity and refreshingly sour at the same time!.
Wittekerke Wild: The wild idea to use the microflora derived from the Petrus Oak foeders into another beer has never been seen before. Through a new technique at Brewery De Brabandere they are able to harvest those wild yeasts and bacteria that live on the inside of the oak foeders and add it into the first fermentation of Wittekerke Wit, creating this unique sessional soured wit.
