Oktoberfest at The Ginger Man

Celebrate Irving Oktoberfest at The Ginger Man on Saturday, September 19th! We’re kicking off Munich’s Oktoberfest opening weekend with Hofbräu München, authentic Oktoberfest beer, German-inspired food, stein hoisting, live music and plenty of Spaß.

Throw on your dirndl or lederhosen, grab your friends and join us for one of our favorite celebrations of the year. We’ll be bringing a little bit of Munich to Las Colinas with Hofbräu Festbier, Bavarian pretzels, bratwursts and an evening full of Oktoberfest traditions.

🕔 5:00 PM – Official Oktoberfest Keg Tapping
💪 6:00 PM – Men’s Stein Hoisting Competition
💪 6:30 PM – Women’s Stein Hoisting Competition
🎶 6:00–9:00 PM – Live Music with Wooden Nickel

Hofbräu Stein Hoisting Competition

Think you’ve got what it takes to become our Hofbräu Masskrugstemmen Champion?

Competitors will hold a full stein straight out in front of them with one arm — no bending, no spilling and no shortcuts. The last competitor standing earns the title, bragging rights and some great prizes!

Oktoberfest Food & Beer

Come hungry! We’ll be serving Oktoberfest favorites throughout the celebration, including:

🥨 Bavarian pretzels
🌭 Bratwursts and German-inspired favorites
🍺 Hofbräu Festbier and other Oktoberfest beers
